WASHINGTON, DC – Yesterday, Congresswoman Joyce Beatty, Ranking Member of the House Financial Services Subcommittee on National Security, Illicit Finance, and International Financial Institutions, moved to subpoena the Secretary of the Treasury Department to release all unredacted documents related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s financial transactions, including wire transfers, currency transaction reports, suspicious activity reports, and other Bank Secrecy Act data.
