Statement on the Passing of Former President George H.W. Bush

COLUMBUS, OH - Today, U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty (OH-03) issued the following statement on the passing of the 41st President of the United States of America George Herbert Walker Bush:

"I join all Americans in mourning the loss of former President George H. W. Bush. A man of deep conviction, integrity, faith, and patriotism, President Bush was a true stateman who believed in the power of service to others. During this difficult time, I hope his family, friends, and all those who loved him find solace in the countless lives he touched."
