Public Service Recognition Week is May 7th through May 13th
Celebrated during the first full week of May since 1985, Public Service Recognition Week (PSRW) honors the men and women who serve our nation as federal, state, county and local government employees. To mark PSRW, U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty (OH-03) said:
"Every day, men and women at all levels of government are working tirelessly to help their fellow Americans. Whether that be as firefighters, police officers, our military, or in various branches of government to name a few, these selfless and equally as dedicated public servants make are country great. I join in recognizing their important contributions and celebrating their steadfast commitment and patriotic service to our nation.
