Congresswoman Beatty Celebrates Women's History Month

Announcements

This year, as our nation recognizes the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment and Women's Suffrage, we cannot lose sight of the fact that full equality across our entire society has not been universally realized. In response, U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty said the following to mark Woman's History Month:

"This Woman's History Month, I am particularly reminded of the bold, courageous suffragists that fought one hundred years ago for women's right to vote, as well as the women that are still fighting for their voices to be heard and to have a seat at the table. Progress has been made but the march for women's equality continues. So, I urge my constituents in Ohio's Third Congressional District to join me in working to build an America where all have the power to reach their potential, because when women succeed, America succeeds!"
