Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Joyce Beatty (OH-03), released the following statement on her visit to the New York Stock Exchange.

Congresswoman Joyce Beatty recently visited Wall Street and toured the New York Stock Exchange. As a member of the House Financial Services Committee, Congresswoman Beatty understands the vital role the New York Stock Exchange plays in providing a safe, reliable trading exchange for the purchase and sale of corporate securities.

With some of the nation’s largest financial institutions located in Ohio and the 3^rd Congressional district, Representative Beatty recognizes the important role the industry plays in providing credit, loans, home mortgages, lending to small businesses and insurance for our community.
