Beatty Statement on the Passing of John Wolfe

Longtime owner of The Columbus Dispatch and Central Ohio philanthropist John F. Wolfe passed away on June 24, 2016. Today, U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty (OH-03) issued the following statement:

"John F. Wolfe was a champion for Columbus his entire life. Though he was never one for the spotlight, John's influence can be seen far and wide across Columbus. I join countless others in mourning the loss of a true friend to our city, and offer my heartfelt condolences to all the members of the Wolfe family, especially to his wife, Ann, and daughters Sara, Rita and Katie."
