$19+ Million in Beatty Backed District Projects Move Forward

June 9, 2021

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure released the list of approved Member Designated Projects this week. Included among the over 1,000 local projects advanced by the Committee, were all of U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty's (OH-03) requests for Ohio Third Congressional District-based proposals.

"I am committed to delivering real results, and these worthwhile Central Ohio transportation projects will do exactly that," Beatty said. "As Congress continues to craft legislation to help hardworking Americans, small businesses, and our economy build back better, I will strongly advocate for my constituents, our community, and the priorities and projects that make us strong."

Please note: a final transportation surface bill is still being drafted and must be passed by the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
