Congresswoman Joyce Beatty (D-03) says she's disappointed in the tone in Washington right now, but hopeful congress can work together to move the needle for more bipartisanship. The Congresswoman is heavily involved in gun control legislation, affordable housing, minimum wage and she is leading the way in efforts to put Harriet Tubman on the new twenty dollar bill.
