Congresswoman Beatty Recognizes Women's History Month

March is Women's History Month, a month-long celebration commemorating and recognizing the vital role of women throughout American History. To mark Women's History Month, U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty (OH-03) issued the following statement:

"As our nation reflects on the many successes and gains made by women throughout our shared history, and as we celebrate the progress made, we must not lose sight of the numerous barriers that prevent countless women from achieving their American Dream. In that spirit, I invite my constituents, fellow Ohioans and people across the country to join with me in honoring our past, and working to build an America where every woman has the power to reach her full potential—namely through pay equity, affordable childcare and healthcare—because when women succeed, America succeeds."

During March, please be sure to visit Congresswoman Beatty's Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and website to see, hear, and learn the latest. Also, do not forget to join the conversation online by using: #WomensHistoryMonth or #WHM2017.
