Congresswoman Beatty Marks National Public Health Week
During the first full week of April, our country observes National Public Health Week (NPHW), which runs this year from April 1st to April 7th.
"This week, I am proud to join, doctors, nurses, first-responders, health advocates, and everyday Americans in recognizing National Public Health Week," U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty (OH-03) said. "The week is an excellent opportunity to acknowledge what can be done to improve community health, because it is clear: personal health and well-being are directly connected to the communities in which you live." Beatty continued, "That is why I encourage my constituents and all Americans to join me in building healthy lives both for themselves and their communities."
