Congresswoman Beatty Marks American Education Week

This week, from November 12-16, 2018, is American Education Week, a weeklong initiative to support public education and recognize individuals who are making a difference in our education systems. In honor of this year's celebration, U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty (OH-03) said:

"I believe every child deserves a high-quality, public education no matter their zip code. In that spirit, I promise to work toward providing all young people the much-needed tools, skills, and access to succeed in and outside the classroom. I will remain steadfast in my commitment to work with NEA, my fellow Members of Congress, and other education stakeholders in the weeks and months ahead to make this a reality for all students, parents and communities."
