Congresswoman Beatty Celebrates National Women’s Small Business Month

October 22, 2019
Announcements

October marks National Women's Small Business Months (NWSBM), an opportunity to recognize and celebrate female entrepreneurs. As an entrepreneur herself, U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty (OH-03) issued the following statement in support:

"According to the National Association of Women Business Owners, one in five businesses are female owned. As a former small business owner, I know just how much time, sweat, passion, and dedication it takes to be an entrepreneur, especially as a woman. That is why I am working in Congress to make business ownership more accessible for women and men alike, because when women succeed, America succeeds!"
