Congresswoman Beatty Celebrates Military Family Appreciation Month

November is Military Family Appreciation Month, a month-long initiative celebrating America's over 1.9 million military families and an opportunity to honor the many sacrifices made by members of the Armed Forces and their families.

"Thank you to the more than 1.3 million brave men and women in uniform and nearly two million military families for putting our country and freedoms above everything else," Beatty said. "Each and every day, servicemembers and their families make extraordinary contributions and extreme sacrifices for all of us." She continued, "This Military Family Appreciation Month, I join my constituents and all Americans in saluting these unsung heroes who embody what makes our nation so great."
