Congresswoman Beatty Celebrates American Education Week

November 13-17, 2017, is American Education Week, a weeklong initiative to support public education and recognize individuals who are making a difference in our education systems. In honor of this year's celebration, U.S. Congresswoman Joyce Beatty (OH-03) issued the following statement:

"Let's ensure this American Education Week, and all year long, students and teachers have access to the necessary tools, resources, and networks to succeed in and outside the classroom. Every young person has the ability to receive a high-quality education no matter their zip code. That is why I am fighting alongside NEA to make sure all students have an equal opportunity for academic, personal and professional success.
