I believe that sustained investments in our infrastructure—including roads, bridges, transit systems, and rail transportation networks—are a common sense approach to strengthening our economy, creating jobs, and building opportunities for long-term economic growth. The United States must invest in a robust, multimodal transportation system with an eye towards the future.
